Balcones Pot Still Texas Bourbon is a bold and unique expression of Texas, distilled using the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients. This small-batch bourbon is crafted in traditional copper pot stills, with the distinct advantage of Texas’ wild temperature fluctuations. These extreme swings during maturation give the bourbon its deep, full-bodied character, setting it apart from any other spirit.
On the nose, you'll encounter the warmth of Honeycrisp apples and toasted oak, with a hint of kettle corn and graham cracker, all underpinned by the subtle scent of an oiled glove. The taste is a harmonious blend of honey, sweet cream, and candied pecans, with layers of sandalwood and leather offering an elegant depth. The finish is soft and sweet at first, then transitions into a drying, tannic fade that lingers with a touch of spice.
Crafted with care and precision, this 50ml bottle of Balcones Pot Still Texas Bourbon offers a rich, approachable yet memorable experience. It’s perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks, ideal for those who appreciate a whisky full of character and warmth. With its exceptional balance and complexity, it’s a true reflection of Texas’ spirited nature.
